Job summary

Way Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. We are a leader in commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, and maintenance, actively engaging in design-build/design-assist and BIM processes.

The candidate must have 3+ years in project management, with strong commercial HVAC mechanical experience and a construction background. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with Estimating, Operations, BIM, and field staff, and drive project schedules and cost control.

Qualifications

• MUST have commercial HVAC mechanical experience.
• MUST have construction background.
• Oversee day to day operations for project(s) assigned.
• Attend turnover meetings between Estimating and Operations for the projects you have been assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects.
• Lead kickoff meetings with field and shop management; review scope and details.
• Coordinate with drafting, project engineers, fabrication shop, and subcontractors as needed.
