Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial furniture or interior construction.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Financial budgeting and cost tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project lifecycles from purchase to closeout, ensuring scope and milestones meet client expectations.
• Coordinate procurement and installation logistics, including labor, shipments, and schedules.
• Oversee installation quality through site visits and punch walks.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, quotes, POs, and schedules.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, identifying risks and savings opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and project stakeholders with proactive communication.
• Maintain project documentation and weekly status updates (PlanGrid/Bluebeam).
• Lead closeout activities, invoicing, and lessons learned.
