Vaco by Highspring, a South Florida construction partner, seeks Project Managers to lead complex projects with strong career development and benefits. The role focuses on leadership, contract administration, and technical guidance to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget projects of high quality.

Open to candidates with 2+ years of PM experience or 5-9 years of PM experience, offering relocation assistance for qualified applicants across South Florida.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Project Manager experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, specs, methods.
• Experience with contracts, building codes, safety requirements, and quality management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management/scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work primarily in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami field.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day project execution, contract administration, and overall project performance.
• Ensure projects are built according to design, budget, schedule, quality, and resource requirements.
• Develop and implement project safety plans while promoting health and safety practices.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates on safety, cost forecasts, schedules, and progress.
• Manage subcontractors, purchase orders, contract revisions, and progress payments.
• Review and enforce contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and proactively develop solutions.
• Partner with clients and project stakeholders to understand objectives and identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Support project commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• On design-build projects, monitor design progress, constructability, coordination, quality, compliance, and timing of deliverables.
• Support design-management and quality plans, including periodic quality audits.
