Job Description

R.D. Michaels is a commercial general contractor located in central Florida seeking an experienced project manager with the following experience and capabilities:

1. Reading, interpreting and thoroughly understanding Contract Documents
2. Analyzing subcontractor quotations and vendor pricing
3. Writing of subcontractor scopes and purchase orders
4. Establishing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project
5. Processing submittals and maintaining a submittal log
6. Processing RFIs and maintaining RFI log
7. Reviewing, analyzing, distributing and pricing Contract Document changes
8. Thoroughly analyzing subcontractor/vendor change order pricing
9. Preparing, submitting and validating change order request pricing
10. Preparing for and leading subcontractor/vendor project meetings
11. Preparing for and leading Owner and consultant project meetings
12. Preparing and maintaining Meeting Minutes
13. Reviewing subcontractor/vendor billings
14. Preparing and submitting project close-out documents
