If you’re a Project Manager with experience in medical office buildings (MOBs), doctor’s offices, and other healthcare-related commercial projects, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You’ll be leading projects that directly improve healthcare environments—without the complexity of hospital work. What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Own the Project Lifecycle – Oversee construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  2. Work with Medical Professionals – Communicate with doctors, healthcare facility managers, and developers to ensure projects meet their unique needs.
  3. Navigate Regulations – Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection control protocols, and ADA requirements.
  4. Lead the Team – Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
  5. Control Costs – Develop and manage project budgets, review change orders, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  6. Keep the Schedule Tight – Create, monitor, and adjust construction schedules to keep everything on track.
  7. Solve Problems – Identify challenges early and implement solutions before they escalate.
  8. Maintain Job Site Safety – Enforce safety protocols to protect workers and meet regulatory requirements.
  9. Client Communication – Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure expectations are met.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management, preferably with a focus on medical office buildings and outpatient healthcare spaces.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare-specific construction requirements, including infection control measures and ADA compliance.
  3. Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tools.
  4. Budgeting & Scheduling Expertise: Ability to manage complex budgets and project schedules with multiple moving parts.
  5. Leadership & Communication: Ability to coordinate with healthcare clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
