Responsibilities

As a Danis Project Manager you’ll:

1. Lead with Vision: Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.
2. Execute Excellence: Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.
3. Guide & Mentoring: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
4. Demonstrate Financial Mastery: Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.
5. Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.

Qualifications

As a Project Manager you’ll bring:

1. Educational Background: A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
2. Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+. Self-perform experience is a plus.
3. Project Expertise: General Contracting within healthcare, life sciences, data centers, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
4. Process Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success.
5. Financial Acumen: The ability to adeptly manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring relationships to secure future projects.
6. Critical Thinking: Navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success.
