Confidential is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Ground Up construction to lead multi-state projects in the United States. The role requires extensive experience in commercial construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor oversight.

You will travel as needed to site locations, manage scopes of work, review drawings, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Full-time, in-person work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Project Manager for General Contractor that works in several states. Looking for a candidate with previous experience in Commercial Ground Up construction project management. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee various aspects of commercial construction projects throughout the U.S. Utilizing core skills in construction management software, budgets, material procurement, project scheduling, managing subcontracts, permitting, and project coordination, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position will require some travel, throughout the U.S (dependent on project location). Travel may be 1-2 days a week or as necessary to effectively manage your project. Travel expenses are paid by company.

Requirements

• Commercial Construction Experience Required -As a Project Manager (must have min. 5+ yrs)
