Celerion seeks a full-time, experienced Global Project Manager to join our team. This critical role is accountable for project deliverables and client satisfaction, serving as a consistent point of contact for internal and external clients from project initiation to completion. The position requires leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to ensure project success.

Location: This role may be based in our Tempe, AZ office, Lincoln, NE office, or remote (anywhere in the US).

Essential Functions:

1. Manage multiple clients and projects, fostering strong relationships with clients.
2. Confirm project scope with clients and operational teams to ensure adherence to contractual scope, timelines, and budgets.
3. Engage team and functional managers in work development, assignment, and prioritization, taking corrective actions as needed.
4. Conduct regular project meetings to ensure high-level communication from inception to closeout.
5. Create and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, budgets, meeting minutes, timelines, issues, risks, and change requests.
6. Implement change management to improve processes and organizational efficiency.
7. Maintain and update project status and financial reports in relevant databases.
8. Host client visits and facility tours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in life sciences preferred.
• Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience preferred.
• Phase I Project Management experience is a plus.
