Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer clinical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal project teams.
  • Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to keep work aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
  • Monitor project scope and identify risks, bottlenecks, and out-of-scope activities.
  • Drive milestone adherence and support on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on deliveries and Commercial Operations on invoicing.
  • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, project updates, status reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to customers and stakeholders.
  • Escalate blocking issues and support timely decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project execution.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

PolyPeptide is seeking a Project Manager, Clinical Projects to lead customer-owned clinical projects from kickoff through successful delivery. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys bringing people, priorities, and timelines together.

In this role, you will be at the center of clinical project execution, partnering with customers, internal technical teams, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Quality, and Site Leadership to keep projects moving forward. You will help turn customer agreements into clear action plans, guide cross-functional teams through complex deliverables, and play a direct role in supporting programs tied to important pharmaceutical and biotech development.

What You Bring
