Job Description The Sr. Project Manager I is responsible for project management tasks for custom Drug Product (DP) projects that support key clients & internal objectives. Under minimal supervision this position drives planning, decision-making, develops implementation strategies and lead efforts for projects. This position works with team members to create and maintain project plans and timelines, which may include budget, definition, scope, supply chain management, financial resources allocation, dependencies, and target dates. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will lead cross‑functional internal/external project team activities, as well as training activities.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $93,360 - $119,200 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
