Apogee Architectural Metals in Monett, MO seeks a Project Manager for Client Services to lead projects from pre-award through delivery. You will coordinate with multiple sites, manage change orders, and ensure clear client communication with internal teams.

Requirements include an associate degree or 5+ years PM experience in manufacturing; strong ERP and MS Office skills; and the ability to manage schedules, risk, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience in managing projects in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Continuous Improvement training or commercial construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: prioritize client needs, resolve issues, and maintain proactive communication.
• Order planning/processing: review POs, coordinate information, and track change orders.
• Load planning/logistics: assist manufacturing/shipping and report schedule revisions.
• Compliance/procedures: maintain files and adhere to company policies.
