Watts Electric Company in Nebraska is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil and utility construction from startup through completion. The role collaborates with Superintendents, Foremen, Estimators and Operations to coordinate crews, schedules and budgets.

A degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering is valuable, with practical field experience also considered. Excellent organization, adaptability and communication are key to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil, utility, electrical or infrastructure construction.
• Degree in construction-related field is valuable but practical field experience is also considered.
• Organized, technically adaptable, strong communicator, takes initiative and follows through.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from startup through completion.
• Work with Superintendents, Foremen, Estimators and Operations.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials and schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, production and financial performance.
• Manage change orders, documentation, billing information and project closeout.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts and project requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, municipalities and other stakeholders.
• Identify problems early and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
• Ensure field teams have the equipment, materials and information they need.
• Take ownership of project schedule, quality, safety and overall execution.
