Job summary

Holloway Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial, government, and federal civil/underground infrastructure efforts in Hanford, CA.

In this full-time role you will direct all phases from site development through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with field crews and ownership. Travel up to 40% of hours and a salary range of $105,000 to $125,000.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing underground utility, wet utilities, grading, trenching, and civil coordination projects.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex civil construction operations from both the office and the field.
  • Proficiency in managing project management documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project billing.
  • Strong solutions-oriented leadership mindset with the ability to protect contract profitability independently.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 40% of working hours to various project locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience managing underground utility, wet utilities, grading, trenching, and civil coordination projects.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, various apps, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex civil construction operations from both the office and the field environment.
  • Proficiency in managing project management documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project billing.
  • Strong solutions-oriented leadership mindset with the ability to protect contract profitability independently.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 40% of working hours to various project locations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 or more years of dedicated project management experience within the civil or general construction industry.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience successfully delivering commercial, government, public works, or federal construction contracts.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
