Civil Site Development Project Manager

Responsible for managing one or multiple projects with a strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects.

Job Duties:

1. Managing one or multiple projects for various clients.
2. Preparing proposals and developing fees.
3. Visiting clients, job sites, and consultant offices to support project and business development needs.
4. Monitoring project scope, schedules, and budgets.
5. Managing engineering work and interfacing with other disciplines as needed.
6. Creating the scope of work for projects.
7. Communicating and coordinating efforts and ideas.
8. Supervising engineers and technicians, if applicable.
9. Tracking projects using Vision or Microsoft Project with intermediate to advanced skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• P.E. license.
• 6+ years of experience in designing public and private projects.
• Experience applying broad engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of advanced techniques and theories in civil engineering and related sciences.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct complex engineering projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.
• Business development skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Understanding of business financial information.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $100K - $160K
