Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead multiple civil/site development projects with support staff assistance.
• Specialize in site development and stormwater management to ensure projects meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
• Manage all aspects of the permitting process for diverse projects.
• Utilize public sector work experience in bidding and procurement to secure project contracts.
• Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Maintain control over project budgets and timelines for successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering, especially in site development.
• MA PE License required (or eligibility for reciprocity if licensed out of state).
• Soil Evaluator License is preferred, or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proven track record in public sector project bidding, procurement, and business development.
