The ideal candidate will bring professional experience preparing civil/site engineering drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and the ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, surveys, and construction details .This individual will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting multiple projects while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
FPA's Civil/Site Department supports land development and municipal infrastructure projects through the preparation of detailed engineering plans and construction documents. CAD drafting plays an important role in translating engineering concepts, survey information, and design revisions into clear, accurate drawings throughout the design and permitting process.
The CAD Drafter will prepare and revise accurate civil/site drawings that meet company drafting standards and project requirements . This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, expand Civil 3D expertise, and collaborate with professionals across FPA's multidisciplinary teams .

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set. FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
