Job summary

Avanti Restaurant Solutions in Roseville, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful installation of kitchen equipment.

Salary Range: $70,304.00 To $103,305.00 Annually

Summary

A Project Manager is responsible for working within a collaborative team. A Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by executing multiple projects simultaneously through collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain schedule to deliver projects on time.
  • Maintain budget and project expenses.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors, GCs, customers, and project team throughout all projects.
  • Manage kitchen equipment and custom fabrication procurement, delivery, and install.
  • Ability to travel to job site(s).
Required Qualifications
  • Highly organized.

Education & Experience

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands
  • Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
  • Hand dexterity and eye and hand coordination is critical.
  • Lifting. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Use of one or both arms and wrists to lift parts, fixtures, and tools on a frequent basis.
  • Sitting. Must be able to sit for long periods of time, but at least 50% of the time.
  • Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
  • Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately or quickly.
  • Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of structures. Must be able to read a computer screen for long periods of time.
  • Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one workstation to another.
