QRC Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of capital projects in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will lead projects through design, procurement, construction, qualification/validation, and turnover with strong leadership and financial oversight.

You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, Validation, and other teams, manage budgets and schedules, monitor risks, and report to governance bodies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing capital projects in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, and closeout.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor integrated project schedules and critical path activities.
• Support contractor selection, bid evaluations, and procurement activities.
• Oversee engineering design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Track project financial performance, forecasts, cash flow, and change orders.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and governance teams.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, startup, turnover, and project closeout activities.

Job Description

QRC Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of capital projects. The selected professional will lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning/qualification, turnover, and closeout within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong leadership, technical coordination, financial oversight, and stakeholder management skills to successfully execute multiple capital initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

• Lead capital projects from initiation through completion and turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification/validation, and closeout.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience working in active GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
• Knowledge of capital project governance and stage-gate methodologies.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
