The Town of Riverdale Park is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects from concept through construction, closeout, and warranty. You will coordinate engineers, architects, inspectors, and other professionals to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
As the town's representative, you will protect priorities, report to leadership and stakeholders, and drive CIP initiatives in the realm of public infrastructure and facilities.

This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who can keep multiple projects moving, solve problems early, and hold consultants and contractors accountable for results. You do not need to be an engineer. The Town uses contracted engineers, architects, inspectors, and other technical professionals. You will serve as the Town's representative - coordinating their work, protecting the Town's priorities, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Municipal government experience, CIP experience; PMP, CCM, or similar certification; relevant ICC certifications, OSHA 30; experience with publicly funded projects; and familiarity with project scheduling, construction document-management software, and GIS.
This position offers the chance to deliver projects that Town residents can see and use-from streets, sidewalks, stormwater system improvements, parks, and facilities to other considerable community investments. You will join a collaborative Town team and play a central role in turning approved plans and funding into completed public improvements.
