Job summary

Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business seeks a seasoned Construction Oversight professional to manage University capital projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance with standards and codes while driving on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, ROM estimates, value engineering input, and executive-level reporting. Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and OSHA safety training is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• AutoCAD, BIM, Revit experience and/or BACT/OSHA Safety training are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to project team staff for University capital construction projects, including means and methods, and delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and train assigned staff and consultants to ensure QA/QC on construction.
• Review cost estimates, ROM estimates, schedules, and logistics for major projects.
• Lead meetings, report progress, and ensure compliance with University Standards and design guidelines.
• Coordinate with city/county/state/federal authorities and manage project timelines.
