Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of architectural, engineering, construction or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Understanding of the role and responsibility of a capital project manager for the client and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget and schedule for projects with guidance from senior staff.
• Review data and analytics to inform strategic project decisions.
• Direct design and consultant teams and coordinate with Harvard stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and lifecycle from design to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow projections and schedules.
