Job summary

ICCU in Meridian/Chubbuck is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive project success and process improvement across the organization. You will collaborate with business lines to define requirements, manage plans and budgets, and lead system implementations, including data migration.

The role requires 2-5 years in IT or PM, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Expect involvement in sprint planning, daily scrums, and stakeholder engagement while supporting growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, deliverables, schedule, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with Credit Union team members, stakeholders, and vendors to implement solutions.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Lead implementation of new systems, including data migration.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, daily scrum, and RAID meetings.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; manage multiple projects concurrently.

Analyze and manage our organization's projects, procedures, and design solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Identify and analyze new opportunities and processes to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals. Research, recommend and implement solutions to meet business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with business lines throughout the organization to assist in determining business requirements,proposeand writerecommendations for solutions and develop new processesto achieve improved efficiency.
• Developand maintainthorough project plans including project scope, deliverables, schedule, resources,budget, acceptance criteria (including success metrics),andmanage comprehensivecommunicationplans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Credit Union team members, stakeholders,and 3rd party vendors to implement solutions to satisfy businessrequirementswhile maintaining a vision (road map) for future needs.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Presentfindings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Establishandhelp documenttechnical feasibility.
• Lead implementation of new systems, including data migration.
• Conduct meetings with project teams, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Take partinsprint planning, retrospectives,daily scrum, and RAID meetings.
• Identify and manage project risksand issues effectively.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in afast-pacedenvironment.
• Manageprograms andvendormanagementwithlimitedoversight.
• Assist with writingtechnical policies, procedures and documentation for systems/applications/Products implemented,including user guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Ensurecompliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures,security protocolsand standards.

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreerequired, (Business,Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, orrelated)or equivalent experience.2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology or Project Management required. Experience in a Financial Industry related field preferred.Strong analytical, organizational,oral,and written communication skills. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours. Ability to prioritize,meetdeadlines, and manage changing priorities with limited direction. Ability toalways maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records.

Performance Standard:

High level of professionalism. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures,and policies. Must have strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and root cause analysis skills. Logical, process-oriented, critical thinker with a natural sense ofurgency. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.

Physical Requirements:

• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
• Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Reach keyboards.
• Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
