ICCU in Idaho is seeking a detail-oriented member service support associate to handle card, P2P and ATM maintenance requests while delivering courteous, accurate service.
Responsibilities include processing maintenance requests, interpreting system exceptions, answering calls and emails, and supporting projects as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred and 0-3 years experience; confidentiality of member records is essential.
Bachelor's degree preferred. 0-3 years' experience preferred. Excellent math skills and computer knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Accurate in balancing and account research. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
