HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Building Engineering Services Group to lead multi-discipline teams through the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate staffing, schedules, budgets, and client relations across projects, including travel to site locations as needed.

The role prioritizes technical excellence, collaboration, and effective communication, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to QA/QC processes. Primary location: United States-Kansas-Overland Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Track financials and ensure budget/schedule adherence.
• Mitigate and manage project risk.
