HNTB Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge projects in the Northeastern region, including Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. You will guide a core Structures team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with client satisfaction.

Our growing team is seeking an experienced, and technically sound Project Manager to work on some of the region’s most exciting bridge projects. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow client relationships in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, manage project budget, scope, and schedule, and lead a core team of outgoing structural engineers – all while maintaining their ideal work/life balance. This opportunity entails being responsible managing assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle including developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents to participating in contract negotiations and overseeing the delivery of the project plan to successfully accomplish HNTB’s 4 for 4 performance: delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction on every project. This position proactively manages the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications in support of the project’s objectives. Provides high level technical tasks while managing and reviewing design related specifications, calculations, reports and plans. Coordinates with internal and external partners including cross-discipline and functional teams to address and problem solve design related issues or concerns. This opportunity also entails being responsible for leading and supervising five to eight professionals within the Structures Group (ie, a Squad). This position coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the proper resources at the appropriate time. The candidate would be responsible for technical coaching and mentoring and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.

The approximate pay range for Vermont is $150,500.15 - $240,409.34. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position based on all selected locations within the state at the time of posting.
