Job Title: Project Manager - Bridge & Roadway Construction

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee bridge and roadway construction projects from start to finish, including new builds, replacements, and rehab/maintenance work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specs, contracts, and safety standards
• Manage submittals, RFI's, change orders, and project documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in bridge or roadway construction
• Knowledge of DOT standards and public works processes
• Proficiency in scheduling and project management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
