Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Project Manager I to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on acting as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization and serving as the main contact for internal and external clients.

You will capture client expectations, deliver timely updates, and provide data to support capacity planning. A degree in Life Sciences and CRO/pharma experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences with 3+ years experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
  • 1 year or more working with internal or external clients.

  • Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
  • Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients
  • Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations
  • Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients
  • Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting
  • Identify, escalation, and support the resolution of project-related issues
  • Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
  • Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients
  • Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations
  • Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients
  • Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting
  • Identify, escalation, and support the resolution of project-related issues
  • Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with 3 or more years experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
  • 1 year or more working with internal or external clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year or more Client-facing experience
  • 1 year or more experience within a laboratory environment
  • Project Management Certification

Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually

  • Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
