STV Project Manager - Aviation (Structures)

STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Aviation (Structures) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country with various projects. Candidates must be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout, including handling budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.
  • Participate in, or lead, project-specific marketing, proposals, and presentations to secure projects.
  • Plan the entire project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals.
  • Monitor manpower requirements against project budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to ensure client satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain contractor-client communication networks to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Oversee project from initiation through delivery, updating manpower plans as needed.
  • Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks according to schedule.
  • Ensure compliance by submitting documents for permits and code reviews to relevant authorities.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and ensure contract terms, conditions, and specifications are met.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, company policies, and quality standards, intervening as necessary.
  • Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

Compensation Range: $112,253.66 - $149,671.54
