TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aviation (Landside Development) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex landside infrastructure projects at major airports. We are looking for a project manager with a proven track record of delivering landside development projects at large commercial airports in the United States or internationally. The successful candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with airport owners, government agencies, utility providers, and construction partners to successfully deliver projects within active airport environments.
As Project Manager – Aviation (Landside Development) , you will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of landside infrastructure projects that support airport operations and enhance the passenger journey from arrival at the airport through to the terminal.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams while serving as the primary interface with airport owners, program management teams, local agencies, and project stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of airport landside systems, transportation planning, utility coordination, traffic management, construction phasing, and the complexities of delivering projects while maintaining uninterrupted airport operations.

You are an experienced aviation project manager who understands the complexity of delivering landside infrastructure within busy airport environments. You can effectively balance technical excellence, stakeholder expectations, operational continuity, and construction sequencing while delivering projects that improve the overall airport experience.
You have experience collaborating with airport authorities, transportation agencies, utility companies, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams, and you are skilled at building trusted client relationships while leading complex capital projects.
