This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished aviation professional to lead multidisciplinary design teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and help deliver world‑class airside facilities to shape the long‑term development of aviation infrastructure. We are looking for an exceptional design leader with extensive experience managing the design of major airside projects in the United States or internationally. The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary teams while collaborating closely with airport owners, general contractors, design consultants, airlines, and other project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of large capital programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized aviation practice and contribute to the transformation of some of the world’s most important airport facilities. We are looking for a project manager with a strong background in airside/airfield design and redevelopment, who has successfully led multidisciplinary design teams on major projects in the United States or internationally. The successful candidate will have experience coordinating architects, engineers, planners, specialty consultants, airport stakeholders, airlines, and operational teams to deliver innovative, functional, and passenger‑focused terminal environments.

Your experience leading large‑scale terminal programs has equipped you to confidently navigate the challenges of delivering projects in operational airports while maintaining the highest standards of design quality, safety, and project performance.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$153,600 - $210,600 annually for this position and local market.
