Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Project Manager for our Lisle, IL office to lead storage equipment projects. The role requires coordinating design, procurement, and delivery activities on site from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Ideal candidates will have AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency, at least 2 years of project management or equipment sales experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 year previous project management experience or warehouse equipment sales office.
• Material Handling Industry experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Original AutoCAD design layout of material handling equipment in storage facilities.
• Procuring quotes for equipment from vendors.
• Providing quotes to customers.
• Ordering equipment from vendors.
• Tracking orders through freight companies and setting up deliveries.
• Supporting installation team, customer, and sales during project implementation.
• Assuring equipment is installed properly.
• Procuring permits if needed from cities.
• US travel as needed for project coordination.
