Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret, modify, and prepare project drawings and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field teams to ensure drawings and project specifications align with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address risks, delays, and potential issues.
• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Review project financials and work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate revenue, cost, billing, and profitability reporting.
• Track project labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and other project-related expenses.
• Review and approve project invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other project documentation as appropriate.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates regarding project status, budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain accurate documentation, action items, and follow-ups.
• Manage project changes, including scope adjustments, change orders, schedule modifications, and associated financial impacts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and resolve project-related issues.
• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet established requirements and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, budgets, meeting notes, reports, and closeout materials.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate key performance indicators to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
