A prominent event management firm is seeking a Registration Project Manager to oversee the attendee experience for events. This role includes managing registration processes, client engagement, and leading onsite preparation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the meetings industry and a strong understanding of Cvent. Effective communication skills are essential. The position allows for remote work, and benefits include health insurance and a 401K plan.
The Project Manager, Attendee Experience will manage limited-service programs and work directly with meeting owner and client to understand the program goals and objectives and lead registration to all assigned programs. The Project Manager focuses on attendee management, reporting and client engagement. The Project Manager works effectively and efficiently with the internal support teams and external clients and complies with the corporate and/or pharmaceutical guidelines.
