Zusammenfassung

Pyrovio is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support Project Managers in the Electrical Transmission sector. This is a remote position, but you must reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey.

Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, handling RFIs, scheduling, data validation for forecasts, and monitoring cost, schedule and risk with regular stakeholder updates. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or construction management is required.
• Experience in the Construction Industry is required.
• Strong multitasking, organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with MS Office software are required.

This Project Management Assistant position provides support to Project Managers who oversee projects within the Electrical Transmission industry.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey.

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel (up to 5% annually) may be required to support client and business needs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare project bid packages.
• Respond to bidder RFI’s.
• Interface with bidder/ contractor personnel.
• Attend job kickoff and walk down meetings.
• Assist in the development of project schedules using established software systems.
• Gather, organize and validate data for project financial forecasts.
• Input data into various programs and maintain various cost and forecasting reports.
• Assist in the development of cash flow/ forecast plans/ budgets using established software systems.
• Assess and report on project performance using established industry standard's
• Document and provide regular communication on project cost, schedule and risk status to project team members, stakeholders and public.
• Participate in project status meetings.
• Coordinate the execution of internal and field checklists.
• Assist with other project management support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or construction management from an accredited college or its equivalent in education and experience.

• Experience in the electrical transmission industry.
