Walbec Group in Verona, WI is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support Project Managers and Area Management. You will help ensure projects meet contract documents, plans, and budgets, and assist with bid vs.

actual financial management, invoicing and finalizing jobs. You will coordinate with external clients on follow-up items and collections, assist with subcontractor management, and handle general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Area Management to ensure projects are completed per contract documents, plans, and budgets.
• Support bid vs. actual financial management and invoicing/finalizing jobs.
• Communicate with external clients on follow-up items and collections; assist with subcontractor management.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain project records.
