Job summary

Wraps Direct in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Project Manager / Art Director to keep client projects moving from kickoff to production. This onsite role blends creative direction with hands-on project management across 50–100 active design and wrap projects per month, using AI and technology to improve workflow and concept development.

Qualifications

• English is required and location is Jacksonville, FL.
• Onsite, in-person work environment with day shift.
• At least 1 year of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to translate client input into actionable direction for designers.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between clients and the creative team through design and approval.
• Onboard new clients and gather assets such as logos, brand guidelines, photos, and measurements.
• Turn client ideas into clear creative direction for designers.
• Present preliminary designs and manage revisions with feedback.
• Follow up with clients to obtain approvals and progress projects.
• Maintain project notes, files, deadlines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth transitions.
• Identify issues early to protect timelines and satisfaction.
• Assign projects to design team based on availability and skills.
• Review designs for accuracy, branding, spelling, layout, and consistency.
• Ensure work reflects approved brand standards and client requirements.
• Use AI tools for concepts, mockups, communication, and research.
• Maintain project information in Asana (or similar).
• Use QuickBooks for estimates, invoices, and customer information.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Continuously learn and adopt new software as the company grows.

What you’ll do

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team through the design and approval process
• Onboard new clients and gather key assets including logos, brand guidelines, photographs, measurements, design direction, and other required materials
• Turn client ideas and objectives into clear creative direction for designers
• Present preliminary designs and manage revisions by collecting, organizing, and communicating feedback to the design team
• Follow up with clients to obtain approvals and keep projects progressing
• Maintain accurate project notes, files, deadlines, and documentation
• Coordinate with production and installation teams so approved designs transition smoothly
• Identify potential issues early to protect timelines and customer satisfaction
• Manage daily design team workload by assigning projects based on availability, skill set, and requirements
• Review designs for accuracy, visual quality, branding, spelling, layout, and consistency before client presentation
• Ensure work reflects approved brand standards and client requirements

Compensation & benefits
