Job summary

AEC Resources in Minnesota seeks an experienced Architecture Project Manager to lead all phases from programming through construction administration. You will manage schedules, budgets and project set-up while collaborating with a small team to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8–15 years in architecture, professional registration or near licensure, and strong communication. Public bidding experience is highly valued for civic and government projects.

Qualifications

As an architecture Project Manager, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including project scheduling, budgets and project set-up. This Project Manager will work collaboratively with a small team to ensure that all projects are on schedule and within budget.

This is an immediate opportunity for a manager / doer to join a mid-sized Twin Cities architecture firm has been operating successfully for over 40 years. Project focus includes government and civic design including public facilities.

Current projects range in size from $20M - $50M and there is plenty of work for stable employment through the summer of 2020.

What You Will Need:
