Job summary

Atlas Collaborative in Peachtree Corners, GA seeks a Project Manager to lead Revit design and develop construction documents, ensuring a high level of quality and timely project delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, LEED familiarity, and strong communication to coordinate a project team and consultants across phases.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project-specific technical design aspects including evaluation and recommendation of design solutions.
  • Provides professional architectural and technical consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
  • Independently makes decisions regarding architectural design problems and methods.
  • Carries out assignments requiring the knowledge of modern architectural techniques and procedures.
  • Responsible for Consultant coordination and delivering high quality, well-coordinated construction drawing sets, and specifications on time.
  • Responsible for keeping project records, generating RFI logs, Submittal logs, ASI’s and Site Visit reports.
  • Works well in a team environment, promotes communication and provides support to colleagues

Job description

At Atlas Collaborative, a Project Manager is responsible for Revit design and construction document tasks as well as general management efforts to lead the successful completion of projects. They are an expert in Revit, have at least seven years’ experience, and assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed while leading a highly motivated project team. They must be able to independently put together a set of drawings in Revit. At Atlas Collaborative, a Project Manager works inside of projects on a daily basis, ensuring an extremely high level of quality and oversight for our projects.

Qualifications, Education, Experience
  • At least seven years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related from an Accredited Institution.
  • Familiar with LEED guidelines and sustainability concepts.
Required Job Knowledge

  • Ability to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage expectations to produce results.
  • Knowledge of current industrial and tilt-up design and construction trends, methodologies, and material properties.
  • Deep knowledge of Building and Life‑Safety codes and ADA requirements.
  • Knowledge of general construction processes and sequences, and the ability to identify and prioritize tasks within a given timeframe, and effectively produce drawings to represent the design.
  • Some experience with specification writing.
  • Experienced with looking up and following building codes.
  • Ability to deliver within project deadlines, and project goals.
