Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Project Manager to join our Architectural Department in Farmington Hills, MI. The role focuses on planning and leading small to medium projects with opportunities across education, healthcare, and civic markets.

The ideal candidate will have a master or bachelor of architecture, extensive PM experience, and proficiency with project planning software. Licensure is preferred. This position offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Deltek or similar project planning and budgeting software.
  • Knowledge of Revit and BSD Spec Link is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and solid organizational skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Ability to work well with others under demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Architectural Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and leading small to medium scale projects. This position includes the opportunity to get involved with a variety of project types, with a focus on the higher education, healthcare and civic/municipal markets.

Primary Functions

  • Assist market leader with developing fees, project work plans and schedules for proposals.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with client and subconsultants.

Minimum Physical Requirements

Mobility to work in an office setting, use standard office equipment, visual acuity to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone. Desired Education
Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an accredited university.
