Job summary

GMA Architects, Inc. is looking for an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to join their Cincinnati team. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in light industrial or commercial projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with the ability to produce architectural documents and review building codes. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
• Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
• Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
• Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
• Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
• Review project scope with construction project managers

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience on light industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage) and/or commercial projects
• Revit and AutoCAD required; 3D rendering experience preferred
• Licensure a plus, but not required. GMA supports the pursuit of licensure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
