Job summary

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture or project management.
• Experience in a Project Management role.
• Registered Architect preferred.
• Expert in Autodesk Revit (8+ years).
• Familiar with industry modeling and design software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule).
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
• Experience preparing architectural contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction
• Prepare strategic plans for project success.
• Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned project
• Manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of work
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through a project’s conception to its completion
• Perform design and detailing on architectural projects
• Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and or consultants through all project phases
• Review documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines
• Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams
• Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
• Coordinate architectural specifications
• Manage with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strive to achieve sDC processes and protocols

Technical Skills: Level 5

A person with a Level 5 skillset can say with confidence that they can successfully execute and teach the Technical Responsibilities for this position for the entirety of a project.

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 8+ years’ experience
• Prior experience in a Project Management role
• Registered Architect preferred
• Highly proficient in use of Autodesk Revit (8+ years exp)
• Familiarity with software related to industry standards in modeling, and design
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents
