Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong design, documentation, and construction drawing skills.
• Project management experience with scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination.
• Familiarity with building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Progress toward or completion of professional architectural licensure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from concept through construction completion.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Architect to oversee architectural projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural design expertise, expert-level Revit proficiency, and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

This role involves coordinating internal design teams, consultants, contractors, expeditors, and regulatory agencies while ensuring compliance with building codes, project specifications, and client expectations. The position also requires regular site visits, construction inspections, and proactive resolution of design and construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from initial concept and design development through construction completion.
• Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
