Resourcesys Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Management Lead to drive Agentic AI delivery initiatives. The role demands hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI solutions into production and expert-level knowledge of AI agents and orchestration.

You will manage scope, timelines, and multi-team dependencies while communicating with stakeholders and guiding governance. Hybrid work model with partial onsite collaboration is expected.

Hiring: Project Manager – Agentic AI Delivery

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite per Week

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Management Lead with hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI solutions into production in recent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives and Agentic AI use cases.


• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.


• Coordinate across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.


• Drive stakeholder communication, governance, status reporting, and decision-making.


• Ensure requirements and implementation plans are clearly documented.


• Support testing, production implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.


• Drive accountability and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Required Experience

• Recent, hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI projects into production is essential.


• Expert level experience in Agentic AI design, AI agents, and agent orchestration.


• Strong scope management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies, and delivery risks.
