Job summary

Resourcesys Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Management Lead to drive Agentic AI delivery initiatives. The role demands hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI solutions into production and expert-level knowledge of AI agents and orchestration.

You will manage scope, timelines, and multi-team dependencies while communicating with stakeholders and guiding governance. Hybrid work model with partial onsite collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI projects into production.
• Expert level experience in Agentic AI design, AI agents, and agent orchestration.
• Strong scope management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives and Agentic AI use cases.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
• Drive governance, status reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure requirements and implementation plans are clearly documented.
• Support testing, production rollout, and post-launch activities.
• Drive accountability and successful delivery of business outcomes.
