Job summary

Aristotle International Inc. is seeking a Policy Advocacy Project Coordinator to work with clients at national, state, and local associations to create Calls For Action, target lists, and mass emails, and to verify district mapping and shapefiles.

You will balance multiple projects, build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, participate in events, and report metrics on engagement and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 3 years of advocacy, public affairs, policy, or related experience.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients at national, state and local associations to create Calls For Action, target lists, mass emails.
  • Contact legislative offices and verify district mapping and shapefiles.
  • Track and report metrics – open rates, click throughs, participation rates, etc.
  • Balance, track and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to support advocacy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate advocacy strategies into programs.
  • Participate in events and meetings.
  • Report on progress of advocacy campaigns and evaluate impact for stakeholders.

Job description

  • Work directly with our clients at national, state and local associations to create Calls For Action (CFAs), target lists, mass emails.
  • Contact legislative offices and verify district mapping and shapefiles.
  • Track and report metrics – open rates, click throughs, participation rates, etc.
  • Balance, track and effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities, requests, and deadlines.
  • Create, follow and update project management tracking materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to support their advocacy efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure advocacy strategies are integrated into broader programs.
  • Participate in events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Report on the progress of advocacy campaigns, evaluating their impact and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders.

Salary Range: $70k-$75k/year

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Affairs, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, policy, or a related area.
  • Extremely strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the political process, with experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both inside our organization and with our clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Teams experience.
