Job summary

Ozell Services, Inc. is seeking two Project Managers to support the General Services Administration (GSA) on-site in Washington, DC. These roles handle federal construction, renovation, and facilities projects within a secure environment.

The PMs will collaborate with GSA personnel, architects/engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders through design, procurement and construction phases, ensuring compliance, schedules, and budget while maintaining mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience managing federal construction or facilities projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple federal construction and facilities projects.

• Assist with development of scopes of work, estimates, schedules, and project requirements.

• Review and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, and progress.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction activities for compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain project records and provide timely status reporting to GSA.
• Support projects in an active, mission-critical federal environment.

The Project Manager will work directly with GSA personnel, architects/engineers, construction contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases of assigned projects.

Those duties track closely with the actual White House SOW, which calls for PM support during design, procurement and construction, including SOWs, estimates, AE/design reviews, constructability, RFIs and construction documentation.

• Construction, facilities, engineering, or infrastructure project management experience
• Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors and multiple project stakeholders
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI
• Federal Government construction or facilities experience
• Experience supporting projects in secure or mission-critical facilities
• PMP, CCM, CQM-C, OSHA 30, or other relevant project/construction credential
• Experience with GSA or other federal civilian/DoD agencies
