Job summary

Skywalk Global Pvt. Ltd. in Harrisburg, PA seeks an senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of an EHR across BCHS, BOI, and BCD, guiding large-scale deployments from planning through go-live.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years of PM experience, strong change management and stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate with clinical staff and vendors. Occasional onsite work in Harrisburg two days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an EHR/EMR system with a paper-based charting environment.
• PMP certification for at least 5 years; valid copy upload required.
• Must reside in PA; out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
• Able to work in the Harrisburg office two days a week as requested.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) is preferred.
• Experience with health IT/EHR systems and project management.
• Lead the HHSDOH program implementation from start to finish and ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Direct, administer, manage, and facilitate a high-priority Commonwealth-wide IT project.
• Manage lifecycle planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and governance artifacts for stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, adjust plans, and take corrective action to stay on schedule.
• Communicate with customers and IT teams; manage risks with RAID/Log.
• Lead coordination with vendors and internal teams to meet objectives.
