Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for CNS Marketing Excellence to provide project management support to two commercial brand teams and drive cross-functional initiatives across franchise and functional areas.

You will lead brand planning, alliance governance, LoE management, and brand-led national meetings within a heavily matrixed organization, coordinating with Brand Teams, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, marketing or life sciences preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish & facilitate team ways of working and governance.
• Manage & conduct project kickoffs with cadence to support projects to completion.
• Workshop coordination and facilitation.
• Capture and deliver team status updates.
• Project plan creation/maintenance.

• The Project Manager, CNS Marketing Excellence tasks include:
• Responsible for providing project management support to two commercial brand teams, along with opportunities for special projects across franchise and functional areas.
• Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing brand planning, alliance governance management, product Loss of Exclusivity (LoE), and brand-led national meetings.
• Working in a heavily matrixed organization with all core functional area workstreams including Brand Teams, Sales, Business Analytics/ Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Promotional Compliance, and others. This position will also require coordination with alliance partners.

Job Description:

• The Project Manager, CNS Marketing Excellence tasks include:

• Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing brand planning, alliance governance management, product Loss of Exclusivity (LoE), and brand-led national meetings.
• Working in a heavily matrixed organization with all core functional area workstreams including Brand Teams, Sales, Business Analytics/ Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Promotional Compliance, and others. This position will also require coordination with alliance partners.

Responsibilities:

• Establish & facilitate team ways of working and governance
• Manage & conduct project kickoffs with any subsequent meeting cadences to support projects to completion
• Workshop coordination and facilitation
• Capture and deliver team status updates
• Project plan creation/maintenance
• Create & maintain project, executive, milestone timelines
• Create & maintain team org chart, scorecards, status report including KPIs, charter, RACI, team communications plan, meeting minutes and action items

Experience:

• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, marketing operations or marketing experience preferred
• Expertise in independently managing large projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience with established project management methodology, KPIs and templates
• Experience partnering directly with brand teams and brand/executive leadership

• BA/BS degree
