St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead small to medium-sized projects from planning through completion. You will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and teams, driving execution, managing communications, and implementing innovative systems that advance organizational goals.

Are you a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys turning strategy into results? As a Project Manager 2, you'll lead small to medium-sized projects, or key phases of larger initiatives, from planning through completion. Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams, you'll drive execution, manage communications, and help implement innovative systems and technologies that advance organizational goals. This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility initiatives, influence key decisions, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact.

What You Can Expect

• Lead projects and subprojects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with business and executive sponsors to establish priorities, manage risks, drive decision-making, and maintain project momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, governance, and reporting while serving as the primary point of communication for stakeholders and leadership.
• Build and coordinate project teams, manage resources, and lead day-to-day project activities using established project management methodologies and best practices.
• Drive successful adoption of project outcomes through effective communication, change management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving expertise while applying PMI, Lean, and organizational project management standards to deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience working with vendors/consulting firms for project implementation
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• PMP preferred
