Job summary

4P Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead complex power generation, power delivery, and renewable energy projects.

The role drives planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of PM experience in heavy industrial environments and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and construction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in power generation, power delivery, renewable energy, or heavy industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across engineering, operations, construction, and other stakeholders.
• Track project costs and ensure work remains within approved budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
